Special Fundraising Kids Class - Saturday, August 3rd - 1:00-2:00 PM
This month I am holding a very special kids class. 100% of the profits are going to a local family here in Eastvale. At the beginning of May, Easton was diagnosed with DIPG, which is a tumor on the brain. This terrible disease has a median survival rate of 9 months. Easton, aka "Beaston", has been through 30 rounds of radiation and is a fighter!! This is an update from the family on June 28th:
This is DIPG... this is the hard reality our family had to face for the past 6 weeks. My 6 year old son Easton had to endure 30 radiation treatments to hopefully shrink his tumor to buy him more time with us (hopefully he out lives all of us). Currently the only way to treat this tumor that has proven any extension of life is radiation. We are hopeful that the clinical trial we are about to go on will buy us a lot more time. The scary part of all this is not knowing when we will take the next step or how effective the next step will be. I’m asking everyone to please continue to keep Easton in your prayers and pray for a miracle. Thank you for all the support and donations over the last 2 months. Please continue to share Eastons gofundme page as well as the next leg of our journey has the potential to cost a lot for us out of pocket as our insurance will not cover a lot of these costs associated with the trial. The trial drug is free, however travel, mri’s, blood work, etc is not going to be covered. I had to close my business in December and unfortunately had to go on state insurance during this time so it’s been pretty difficult. Again thank you for all the support and prayers!
Please consider coming to this class to help support this family!! This class will be held at the Norco Senior Center to give more space and allow more people to come. It can hold 100 people and I'm hoping these 100 spots will sell out quickly! Tickets are $25 each and once again, all of the profits are going towards the family. I will share the link for the GoFundMe page as well if you would like to donate. Please have everyone coming to class purchase a ticket (kids and adults) as there will not be a lot of room to stand and all of the seats will be for individuals who have paid for spots. This way all of the money can go directly to the family without any fees through other payment services here on my website.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. In the event you cannot attend class, all tickets are transferable to another student but tickets are nonrefundable. If you cannot find someone to take your place, please email me with at least 24 hour notice as I often have a waiting list. However, this does not guarantee I can find a replacement for you. Please let me know if you transfer your ticket to a friend so I can update the attendee list. I reserve the right to cancel this class due to illness or low enrollment in which case you will be offered a full refund.
