The top question and/or comment that is brought up at my classes is, "My icing consistency just isn't right yet! How do you get the icing just perfect?" While I do offer an online icing consistency class, I also tell people that getting your consistency just right takes plenty of practice! This is why I'm excited to offer my in-person icing consistency 101 class! We will focus on the basics of royal icing with each person mixing their own bowl of icing by coloring it and getting it to 3 different consistencies...just how I do it for my cookies! I will be with you each step of the way with personal feedback and a helping hand to guide you to that perfect consistency. You will then use YOUR icing mixed in class to decorate 3 cookies. You will also receive a small swag bag of goodies to take home with you! All supplies will be provided :)

Classes can fill up quickly! If you are planning on coming with friends, I suggest having one person purchase all tickets to ensure you can all get in together. I have 20 spots available each night. Classes take place in Eastvale, CA. You will receive an email a few days before your class with all the details.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. In the event you cannot attend class, all tickets are transferable to another student but tickets are nonrefundable. If you cannot find someone to take your place, please email me with at least 24 hour notice as I often have a waiting list. However, this does not guarantee I can find a replacement for you. Please let me know if you transfer your ticket to a friend so I can update the attendee list. I reserve the right to cancel this class due to illness or low enrollment in which case you will be offered a full refund.
